Drought's Block Dessert Wine is a skilful blend of our late pick Riesling
and Muscat grapes, from our boutique vineyard. We call it boutique not to just
sound cute and trendy, but because our block is small. Being small, we can
manage all the running of our vineyard ourselves and with the very best care
and attention to details. This also means we can work directly with our
winemaker to ensure our vineyard remains healthy, viable and productive. Our
aim is to produce premium grapes for premium wine.

We decided to try a different, and we believe unique blend of sweet white
grapes for a light yet rich tangy flavour to complement any dessert from plum
pudding or gelati, to the most exotic fruit flambé.
